OK, now it's Time to break down Step 2, The WBNWA NS (Networking System)
This will be the Steps 2 text box, on Main Page of MP.

Today we'll talk about Your Needs

You need to know what your needs are so you could get help with them from your network as you build it.
We want to know what your needs are so we could help with them.

1. Please go to the Step 2 Text box and read The Needs "more details" link
2. Make a list - give some careful thought, decide what your 1- 3 biggest needs are.  Things that would make a significant improvement in your life if you could have.
3. Needs/value survey:  Are you stuck with what to put as your needs?  Go here for some ideas:

** Also check out other peoples profiles for ideas about needs
** Brush off your dreams, here your self confidence will be build AND you will have the help, support and encouragement of many others
4. Where to post them (this is really part of the sharing step): 
     Your profile.  (the questions that you were asked when you were joined) They are shown at the top of your "My Page".  There are more placed and ways to share your needs.  We will cover this when I discuss, 'sharing'. So here please go back to your profile and make sure you answered this question best you can, in order to get the help you really need and would really make a significant difference in your life.

Finding your profile questions:
* In rightside panel, top - there is a text box, with your name at the top.
* Inside that box are some links.  (Sign out, Inbox, Alerts, Friends, Setting) Click on 'Settings'
* There are some choices in the leftside panel of the page.  'Profile' will already be selected.  (If not just select it)
* Scroll down to find the questions.  Make sure today you update the question:
What are your needs? How can we help you? This should not be direct business related, we have business questions below. Start off with 1-3 items, add more later.
