Tips on using The Mighty People Site Features
Let use this section for tips and ideas on how to use the features of The Mighty People Ning platform site (which you are on now).
Features like Video, Blogs, Comments, Photo Albums etc.
Start a new 'discussion' for each new 'feature' to be discussed. Like for example I will start a 'Discussion' for Video, then we could all read and reply to that discussion.
Additional features, like 'Blogs' for example, we should start a new discussion for.
Hope I didn't confuse you and hope this is helpful.

Networking System Step 2: Your Needs
Everyone has needs!
You don't have to share all of them. But the ones that you don't need to keep private please share. You don't get if you don't ask. Additionally you will be offering to help others so don't be afraid to ask.
((Please let's not use this section to ask for business customers or recruits. There are other sections for that. You could ask for help for your business like a partner with certain skills, where to find this or that, etc, because business is a part of Life. But not customers and recruits. Also please ask for help in any personal type Life areas.))
Each member should start one general discussion and list all your needs. With a subject like: "Ted Harge's Needs"
Members will still be able to reply by typing in the specific need that they are commenting on.
You could always add new needs by starting a New reply directly under you needs discussion. I think this will help keep things nice and neat.

Networking System Step 2: Your Value
Everyone has value.
What I mean here is anything (probably but does not have to be non-business related) but should be only things that you are willing and able to contribute, donate, share, help with others needs! And these are the things you'd help with, without any direct financial reward or motivation.
If we create an atmosphere of giving, no one should have any problem receiving the help they need.
Each member should start one discussion thread and include a list of all your value items.
Members will be able to comment or request help on either one by reply to your discussion.
