Steps

1. Go to http://pmgnet.info to Subscribe to PMGstairmaster Newsletter Then from there got to "PMGnet Online Training Center" (Set up your PMGnet page request.  You must join at least 1 of our YFSP affiliates to be approved)
2. Complete PMG's "YFSProgram" ASAP
3. Get 2 people to complete PMG's YFSProgram during the Marathon and you will earn at least $100
