Thankyou Michael for The Thrills!
You will be greatly missed. And thankyou so much for the love of all humanity especially the children, despite the terrible things that 'they' put you through.

The letter I sent to the MP folks:
I'm sure most of you have heard by now that Michael Jackson has passed away. I still can't believe it. I find it so difficult to even say that. This is very hard on all of us. Our people LOVED the Jacksons and Michael.

It's hard on me I'm a huge MJ fan and I converted my daughter at an early age :-) ... it was easy, all I had to do was show her a video and she was on board. We spent many a day watching MJ video's.

Then at one point I just couldn't find any of the video's I'd recorded over the years. I forgot about it for years until I eventually asked my daughter and wouldn't you know, she had them all stashed away in her room. :-)

My condolences and prayers go out to the Jackson Family and to all of us for loosing a music icon and proud symbol of what could be accomplished with talent and dedication for our people and all Americans.

I woke up to a note on my desk this morning, left by my daughter:
Aliyah died Aug 25, James Brown died Dec 25, Left Eye died April 25, Michael Jackson June 25...

Now whether there is something sinister and shady there, which is VERY possible or not, let's use this as a rallying call to COME TOGETHER. My Mighty People, let's work closely with any of our people that have a message of working together and unity...and nothing can stop us from like those iconic hero & heroines that we have lost ... they have lived their lives,had success, seen the world... let's do the same for ourselves and our family AND our friends and our community as a whole....before our time is up.

However he did give me heads up on auditions for the American Music Awards an that became the highlight of my career as a dancer.I made the cut, and after 5 weeks of rehursal January 26,1987 I got my five minutes of fame. As I remember Janet was hot that year with the Control album. It was a great expericance.

I was on my break and he was in town to promote Captin EO, He came into the breakroom we gathered around for autographes and asked him a ton of qusitions, he shuk my hand and invited me and several others to come and audition for some projects he was working on. He laughed and ate a bowl of soup, He was very down to earth. I never forgot that day. I have seen him perform live several times though out the years. He is truly the greatest Entertainer of my gerneration. I Love Him . R.I.P my Brother.
