Use your Blog on MP. You could both promote it outside of MP and attract people to your Blog to yourself and any business you choose and build your MP network at the same time.
When bloggin use a resources box or a detailed signature at the end of your Blog post. That is how you could post valuable content with out posting a sales letter type of post and have it get back to you and your business. A good resource box. Benefits from your job is highly overrated. Yes health insurance is important but people tend to think if you don't have insurance from work, you don't have insurance. They act like you have to pay full price for medical bills. NO! You still will have insurance you just will pay higher premiums. How is everyone doing with your hour of power?
TIP:
1. Roll out of Bed and into your walking/running shoes and get the heck out of the house!
They say if you exercise consistently for 6 months straight, you will exercise for the rest of your life!
I also heard with Oprah's well documented weight up and downs, it was mostly diets but when she pulled it together is when she started exercising 5-7 days a week. Doesn't have to be a lot, just 30-45 minutes.

Excercise is important!
But be careful not to let it effect your good eating habits.
Don't excercise and then say ok, now I could eat more.
... now I could have this extra desert
... now I could just sit still the rest of the day and watch TV
Keep eating normal, healthy, keep moving throughout the day. Be creative add movement however you can.

Put plain and simple multiplication is the key:
It means EVERYONE adds growth

I'm loving the direction America is heading ... I'm realizing we have such a long way to go yet!
In one evening I went from a great High & then mellowed frustration.
It was amazing.
I watched some of CNN's Black in America 2. I was so encouraged just to see white media do a story like that.
